Can I change the default kodi skin, for example after installation and first run I want confluence skin not estuary... Please help me

Yes you can. You need to add the confluence skin in the add-ons folder. Add it to the add-on manifest. And change in the settings.xml to point to skin.confluence instead of skin.estuary.
This is how I do it on my forks.
